Work has started on the design of an individual house in “Rottingdean Heights” to replace a chalet bungalow.
The clients are looking for a contemporary house and cost effective design that allows sea views from a new first floor living room with floor to ceiling glazing. Sustainable features and passive solar energy strategies are employed to maximise the views whilst avoiding excessive solar gain. A planning application is due to be submitted early this year.
