Work is progressing on this small kitchen extension / contemporary conservatory in the North Laine Conservation area of Brighton.
We have Planning and Building Regulation consent for a glazed area of 150% of the floor area, considerably in excess of the standard allowance of 25%. A high performance fully glazed frameless glass roof is being supplied and fitted to +/- 2mm tolerance.
