After six months of negotiations and a pre-application planning submission contracts have now been exchanged on this Brighton site. The existing house is to be demolished and a full planning application submitted to Brighton Council for a contemporary block of flats. We are planning to avoid the ubiquitous but badly detailed white render and grey windows that most local developers opt for, and design well proportioned modern flats with quality sustainable and attractive materials.
