Planning submission has been made for the new building of eight flats replacing an existing dilapidated 3 bedroom house on Old Shoreham Road.
The design is based on traditional forms using modestly contemporary materials and crisp detailing.
We are using a profiled aluminium roof, zinc and stained black timber cladding, walls and roof are SIP panels that will enable the envelope to be completed within 7 days.
