Having made a pre-application submission, and two planning applications common sense has finally prevailed and consent granted by the Planning Appeal Inspector for conversion and modernisation of this Brighton Listed Building. We successfully argued against the Council’s condition to prohibit parking permits for the scheme, and the scheme was approved as the Listed Building approvals.
