Planning has been submitted for a contemporary semi-underground new house in a Hove old town conservation area reminiscent of Californian “Case Study” houses and Glen Murcutt’s lightweight structures.
The design includes passive and active solar gain designs and sits in the rear garden of a period villa converted into flats.
